The kitchen has a microwave and coffee maker, and coffee is provided. There is a little deck where you can sit and drink coffee in the mornings.

The apartment is within walking distance to the Raleigh Convention Center (0.7 miles), Red Hat Amphitheater (0.6 miles), the train station (0.3 miles), Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts (0.8 miles), as well as lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, bars, museums, shops, and more. NCSU is about 1.5 miles away. Glenwood South, Cameron Village, and Person Street/Historic Oakwood also close by.

The apartment has a private entrance on the side of the house. Please do not enter the backyard.

We have one dog living upstairs.
The train station is nearby and the apartment is so close to downtown that you may be able to hear noise from concerts, etc. We provided a white noise machine if you are sensitive to noise.
